Newborn sessions are best booked during your pregnancy, ideally after your 20-week scan. I recommend scheduling for within the first 2–3 weeks after baby arrives, while they’re still very sleepy and curled up.

That’s absolutely fine! While very early days are ideal for curled-up poses, I’m still able to capture beautiful, meaningful images of your baby at any age.

I understand that sometimes plans change, especially with little ones involved! To keep things fair and manageable for all clients, please take a moment to read the following:

Booking Deposit
A £40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. This deposit covers initial planning and holds your slot in the calendar.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your session completely, your deposit is non-refundable. However, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.

Rescheduling
I’m always happy to reschedule your session if something comes up—especially for illness or emergencies. Please try to give at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll work together to find a new date.

No-Shows
If you miss your session without notice, the deposit is retained and a new deposit will be required to book again.

Newborn Sessions
Because babies arrive on their own schedule, I allow flexibility for newborn bookings. If baby arrives earlier or later than expected, we’ll adjust your session date accordingly—just keep me posted!

Yes! I have a lovely selection of wraps, outfits, headbands, and props available for your session. You’re also welcome to bring along anything sentimental you’d like to include.

You’ll receive a private online gallery within two days of your session, where you can view and select your final images. Your edited gallery will be sent over within 3 weeks after your favourite images have been selected.
